| Why couldn't you remove
the stain? |
Although we do our very best to remove stains,
there are occasions when complete removal is not possible. For
instance, a stain which has existed for a long period of time
is practically impossible to eliminate. Another factor that prevents
us from removing a stain is the risk involved of possibly ruining
the fabric or the dye in the process. Lastly, certain items will
accumulate damaging chemicals over a length of time and will react
adversely to our stain-removing agents. To avoid this from happening,
we take every precaution to assess the nature of the stain before
attempting to remove it.
